My journey into the world of yoga began in a small studio with Heather. She has always been fun, supportive, and encouraging in a disciplined manner that makes me feel strong and confident.

I have attended Heather's in-person yoga classes for years. During that time, I was going through some difficulties and Heather created a yoga routine just for me and my specific challenges. It was so helpful in addition to the in-person classes. When we were all away from classes, I still had my own yoga routine that really helped me physically and to keep my sanity. After a recent fall and surgery to my arm, I think I'm due for another specialized yoga routine from Heather to help my arm heal and regain my strength. Thank you, Heather, for all your knowledge that helps each one of us in unique ways.
